Happy 53rd Birthday, Ashley 🎉
Today we celebrate one of the bravest, kindest and most genuine men we have the privilege of walking alongside.
Over the past two years, we have seen Ashley navigate the heartbreaking loss of his mum and step into a new chapter of life with incredible strength. Watching his growth, resilience and independence has been something truly special.
A huge shout out to his primary care worker, Tonya, who has walked beside him with dedication and heart.
We had the best day celebrating, throwing a party, building his new bike and watching him ride for the first time in years. Seeing those smiles was everything.
When Ashley said, “My best birthday ever, better than my 50th,” it reminded us exactly why this work matters.
Happy Birthday, Ashley. We are so proud of you!

"The opposition" = support that fits.

You may remember a few weeks back we shared that we were launching our cleaning services and the model we were aiming to build. We wanted to take a moment to explain why this matters so much to us.

If returning to school today was hard for your child, I see you.
It was hard for mine too.
New routines, new expectations, new sensory overload .... first days back can feel enormous for children with disabilities. The confusion, the anxiety, the emotional exhaustion… it’s real.
One of my children made it to 11:30am today. And that’s okay. For them, that was success.
Progress doesn’t always look like a full day. Sometimes it looks like trying. Sometimes it looks like showing up and then needing to leave. Sometimes it looks like tears, shutdowns, or needing extra reassurance.
To the parents/carers questioning themselves tonight.....you didn’t fail.
To the kids who struggled today.... you did your best ❤️
And to anyone navigating disabilities and school transitions...... you are not alone.
Be gentle with yourselves. Tomorrow is another day.....

- Tuesdays | 5–7pm , Ages 7–14 years
- Wednesdays | 6–8pm , Ages 15 years to adult
