No new patients until May 2026

Unfortunately, due to my current bookings, I will not be taking on new patients (general and pelvic health) until May. If you already have an initial appointment with me, this will not be affected.

It is a priority to me that I am providing a high standard of care with continuity for my current patients and so this decision reflects that and will improve rebooking timelines.

Thanks to all your brilliant suggestions, there is now a free resource on my website for those starting out with a dairy and soy free diet. Please share if you have a person in your life who might find this helpful.

I have checked all of these products online for ingredients and allergens, but if you can see any errors, please let me know.

I haven't added gluten free as well, but it is on my to-do list!
