October marks ADHD Awareness Month, with this year's empowering theme being "The Many Faces of ADHD."

This neurodevelopmental disorder affects 1 in 20 Australians.

Growing up, I developed innovative strategies to manage my busy brain, and thanks to Zephyr Holistic Psychology, I recently received my adult ADHD diagnosis, which has brought clarity, validation, and a sense of possibility.

By sharing my story, I aim to highlight the wealth of reliable information and resources available, empowering individuals to thrive with ADHD and provide support by working towards dispelling stigma, enhance community comprehension and foster acceptance.

✏️BACK TO SCHOOL TIME!📒 Education is key in setting our kids up for success. Mayor Cass Coleman visited our office recently to discuss the importance of education and how we can support children in our community.

At Zephyr, we support local kids and their families by offering comprehensive assessments, reports, and recommendations for school in the areas of ADHD, Autism, learning difficulties (such as dyslexia), and intellectual disability. It’s so important to identify these issues in our kids early. Early intervention enables strategies to be implemented which ensure our kids receive the support they need within the school environment and at home. 🌻
