“Too many carbs” is too often a perception of imbalance in our daily diet. However, clean carbs like fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, microgreens, sprouts along with herbs and spices are your healing foods and ideally would make up the bulk of your diet, especially if you are dealing with a chronic illness.
