Inner and outer thigh contouring particularly under general anaesthesia can be quite challenging to get right. It is super easy to overresect some areas creating unevenness and deformity, which is even more difficult to fix after. The reason for this is that tissue distribution is very different when you are standing upright versus when you are lying on your back or front and everything is splayed out. I prefer to be on the slightly conservative side in these procedures, as I always tell my patients I can take more out but very hard to put it back in. So be careful who you choose to do these procedures which are deceptively straight forward, but actually not.

After tuberous breast correction, often stage 2 is needed to fill out the upper pole and enhance the cleavage as is in the case of this woman. The initial improvement from the breast lift may be sufficient for many patients, but if you are after the best outcome than implant with fat graft gives the superior outcome as a secondary procedure.

Scarless Breast Lift (with respect to scars on the breast and ar**la) is usually performed using an implant during breast augmentation procedure. If the breast is deflated but ni**le is still in a good or borderline position then you can elevate it using the implant as is in this case, where I used 440cc anatomic mentor implants. It fills out the breast envelope with ni**le elevation and breast shape enhancement.

Sensory changes post breast surgery are individual and do vary, but it is common to expect reduced sensation around ar**la if you are having any surgery around that area that puts a scar around the ar**la. Sensation to the rest of the breast comes back fairly well most of the time. Again everything depends on the kind of incision patterns that are used and what sort of scar tissue remains after that for the nerves to grow through to regenerate.
