This is not a lecture.
It’s not overwhelming.
And it’s not about being perfect.
It’s about learning practical, achievable habits across the six pillars of lifestyle medicine:

Each week, you’ll spend just one hour in a small, supportive group (max 20 participants), guided by experienced health professionals who understand what it takes to make change stick.
