It’s summer solstice and as the natural world around us heats up, it is important that we take inspired, intentional actions to cool down to keep the balance admist the festive season.
~~~ I will be sharing cooling and hydrating ayurvedic rituals, remedies and recipes to gently help quell the fire of the summer season and soothe the fire in our hearts too ~~~ ❤️‍🔥🌊🌞🌴

It will be a luscious sensory journey (of course!) where I will gently guide you in rejuvenating practices to recharge, chill out and glow up!

~ayurvedic self oil ‘abhyanga’ massage and earthy herbal mud face masks and a fun underarm cleansing mask too!
~ a light ‘sattvic’ vegan/gluten free ayurvedic meal & refreshment
