⚠️⚡Making sure the AED pads stick to the chest is a crucial step some people miss when using a defib. So before you apply the pads, remember:

✂️ Snip any clothing (including bras!) to expose the casualty's chest.
🪒 Shave chest hair that would prevent the pads from sticking.
🧻 Dry the casualty's wet chest to ensure proper pad adherence.

Swallowing a button battery is a medical emergency. If it happens, you need to stay calm & act quickly.

🚑 Call 000 for an ambulance or 13 11 26 for the Poisons Hotline
🍯 Give them 10ml of honey (or jam) every 10 minutes
🚫 Prevention is key: keep button batteries out of reach.
