Last week some of the CorePlus Preston team got together for a team sweat and breathwork workshop with Amy H.
We explored valuable tools to help regulate our nervous system, stay calm and present while teaching, and support our members even better in class - through breath.
It was a great opportunity to slow down, learn together, and focus on ways we can create a more grounded, nurturing space in the studio - somewhere you can switch off from the outside world and tune in to yourself.
