Meet Julia, Physiotherapist 💫
Julia holds a Master of Physiotherapy from The University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Neuroscience) from The University of Melbourne. With a deep interest in the connection between the brain and body, she’s passionate about helping people move well, feel strong, and understand their bodies with confidence.
A lifelong lover of movement, Julia grew up dancing competitively and has always been involved in sport. She brings this background into her physiotherapy practice, with a strong focus on exercise and Clinical Pilates. She enjoys creating individualised programs to build strength, improve mobility, and support long-term health. Julia also uses a combination of manual therapy, education, and tailored exercise to guide clients through recovery and injury prevention.
Julia enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with particular interests in neck pain and sporting injuries. She values open communication, genuine connection, and working collaboratively with every client to help them feel capable, supported, and empowered throughout rehab.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Julia staying active, enjoying beach trips, exploring new cafés, and spending quality time with her family and friends🤍
