Exciting News! Our little family is growing, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to announce we’re expecting a precious addition to our family in May 2025! 💕 I’ll be starting maternity leave in April to prepare for this exciting new chapter, and I want to thank each and every one of you for your incredible support throughout this journey.

I’ll be back to work in 2026, refreshed and ready to continue doing what I love. In the meantime, appointments can still be booked online up until my leave begins – so make sure to secure your spot!

My son came home with another virus from preschool – I’m sure most mums can relate! 🙃 He’s been coughing and dealing with phlegm, especially at night. Along with our usual Chinese herbal formulas, I did some cupping to help open up his chest and move the phlegm out. After the session, his coughs reduced, and he felt so much better. 🙏 Hoping for a restful night’s sleep tonight!
