Did you know we also offer the experience of combining your Sauna session with an ice-bath and an introduction to breathwork? This can be done as a group workshop, guided by Flo, our Sauna CEO 🔥

The hot-cold treatment combined with working with your breath is very powerful and extremely relaxing for both your muscles and your mind. A feeling that is hard to explain and best to experience.
