Equipped with powerlifting bars, Ivanko calibrated & bumper plates, pin loaded and plate loaded machines, dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 100kg, boxing bags, kettle bells, strongman & functional training equipment and cardio equipment too. What started as “just 6 months” as a Trainer at the House, somehow turned into one of the most solid parts of our Gym. This says everything about our Trainer Scott & I really am very honoured to have him here.

Scott isn’t loud about what he does, but if you’ve spent any time on the floor, you’ve seen it. He’s consistent. Dedicated. And when he’s on a mission for his triathlons, he’s a man quietly on a mission.

Actually, all of my Powerhouse Team have a great work ethic. Good energy, and a genuine commitment to our community who walk through our doors.

I’ve really value having him here more than he probably knows! Thank you Scott!

If you’ve trained with Scott, you already get it. He’s great at what he does and if you haven’t… it’s not your late to book in with him!
