More than 25 years ago, I was diagnosed with GAD, generalized anxiety disorder. Still today there are times when I have to go to what I call my toolbox, what helps me when I start to feel anxious, whats my self care? I have a number of things like reading, mindful meditation, the beach, talking to friend etc.
Today is not only a good day to think about our own self care and what’s in our toolbox, we can reach out to others and let them know we are happy to be part of theirs, start with asking RUOK.

Covid 19 is having an enormous affect on our Mental Health, so, for the month of April, I will be offering free 3/4 hour zoom counselling for anyone. please contact me for a time via either messenger or send me an email.
