The health team at Health Focus Centre includes a chiropractor and massage therapists. Our building is newly built, spacious and superbly well-lit with natural light. At Health Focus Centre Every service we offer - and we mean every single one – is provided on the same belief. That health should be more than dissolving dis-ease. That above all, health should be a joyful balance of physical, mental and social well-being. We call this A Health Conscious Lifestyle. This is why we’ve created Putney’s first multi-disciplinary health centre providing services in Chiropractic and Massage. Our goal is to improve your overall state of health using a variety of treatment modalities. Our Health Team - through Chiropractic and Massage Therapy - work together to influence your body’s structure and its ability to heal itself, helping to get you back to feeling great and staying that way. The two fundamental concepts that creates our philosophy is that:

1.The structure and condition of the body influences how the body functions and its ability to heal itself; and
2. The mind-body relationship is instrumental in maintaining health and in the healing processes. That’s why there’s nothing quite like Health Focus Centre.

Most of the compliments I get at work are more along the lines of:

🗣 “My back’s moving again!”
🗣 “I can finally sleep without pain!”
🗣 “You’ve kept me out of surgery!”

But this jumper my patient wore the other day reminded me of another kind of message that deserves repeating too:

👉 "To the person behind me: You are amazing, beautiful and enough. Remember that."

Safe to say… this one adjusted my heart a little. ❤️
