Here's what being a health conscious Nurse & Herbalist looks like in my day to day.
1 - Dinner is chicken & veg soup in the pressure cooker, sprinkle chicken broth powder add water and its done in 15 minutes. Side of lemon pickled onions, my fave.
2 - Afternoon tea, salt and vinegar chips because well, balance?
3 - Green Tea with tulsi and mint, herbs are layered into every part of my day!
4 - Late night supper of banana, nuts, seeds, goji with yoghurt and honey. Gotta love a sprinkle of bee pollen, honey and cinnamon.
5 - A supergreens powder I made with nettle, moringa and so much more with lemon and honey to taste.
6 - Close the arvo shift with a digestive healing tea.
