Fitness is vital to a healthy strong body, and my passion is with clean delicious food. I currently work in in Fitness First Flinders St, and work with many amazing clients that have transformed mentally, physically and emotionally. I have a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and i specialises in helping the social, busy, female who is keen to live clean but needs that extra edge to achieve her goals. Is your body digesting and processing your nutrition to have optimal energy levels? Is the stress in your life holding you back from reaching your health and fitness goals

I focus mostly on strength and resistance style training. This is the most effective way to get a lean, sexy, toned body. A practitioner of yoga ,i belive it helps keep my body mobile and supple which is very important to recruit and activate the right muscles during her workouts. Yoga helps me to calm and manage my stress levels and really encourage my clients to incorporate yoga into their weekly routine. I believe in the power of goal setting and mindset management and that's why I would love to help as many people as possible through my 3, 6 and 12 week goal setting process.
