We have been of delivering Yoga and Meditation in the Upper North Shore in Pymble. Our classes are safe, achievable for all levels and friendly. The Yoga community that we foster keeps growing...we are proud of being part of Pymble life. Let us help you find health on all levels so you can live a life of balance and wellness. Our teachers are committed to their yoga practice and to help our students find their potential. Classes are available Mon -Sat. Day and evening. Workshops and retreats are offered as part of our commitment to educating our students. Join us for classes soon.

It’s golden.
It’s not perfect.
It’s unique… no 2 ever the same!
It’s quite thin but various shapes: not uniform.
This one has a hole to look through…. and I did 🤪

Mindful gelato enjoyment…. There were no words just total focus on the taste, texture, temperature and pure bliss.
