Last week we held an afternoon to celebrate our wonderful Eilish and baby number three for her family. We played baby bingo and enjoyed a wonderful spread of food.

Eilish is now officially off on her maternity leave. So for all things Sport and Rec related, please contact Jaimee Schofield or call our Queanbeyan office and someone will be able to assist you.

Sun Protection Time! ☀️
With the warmer weather arriving, it's really important that everyone is using their sun safe practices to protect them during the warmer months.

When you come to programs, remember to bring;
- A water bottle
- Sunglasses (if you have them)
- A hat
- Weather appropriate clothes - layers that can easily be taken off as the day warms up
- Sun cream if you need a sensitive variety

All programs will have spare sun cream to be applied during the day 🌼

Our friends over in Goulburn will be having a pop-up Trusty Pet Treats stall on the 10th of October.

If you happen to be in the area, stop by and say hello! Grab some treats or a pup cup for your fury friend and meet our wonderful participants behind this small business.

🌼 Spring has sprung 🌼

And the Bunnings trips have begun!

Services across the region have been busy getting out in the gardens. Harvesting crops from winter, pulling out weeds and planting ready for summertime.

Everyone loves getting involved in planting and caring for our various gardens. And enjoys watching as they grow and flourish! 🌷

On Thursday 21st last week we held a Book Week day at Club Trust.

Staff and participants came dressed up as characters from their favourite books. We had Where's Wally, Peter Pan, The Queen of Hearts, Mufasa from the Lion King, Spiderman and Harry Potter.

For those that didn't come dressed up, we had some face painting so that everyone could feel included in the activities.
