What are you doing this week to fill your cup? ☕️✨
The days go by so fast it’s so important to stop and tune into yourself and what you need 🫶🏽
Some of simple ways to take a moment to yourself are:
• A slow morning with your coffee in silence
• Time in nature, breathing a little deeper
• Saying no without guilt
• Moving your body in a way that feels good
• popping your legs up against the wall for 10 mins before bed
• a face mask or beauty self care
• magnesium detox bath
We are often running on empty, giving and giving
until our body whispers (or shouts) for us to pause.
Filling your cup isn’t selfish, we all need to take time out for ourselves.
Take a moment now…
Place your hand on your heart and ask yourself:
✨ What do I need to do for myself this week?
And then gently give yourself permission to receive it.
