What should I expect in the initial nutrition consult? This is a common question weโ€™ve received in Alive, so here is your answer: ๐Ÿ‘‡

The initial consult allows for Jodie to get to know the you as a client, understand you habits, lifestyles, goals and stressors. This allows you to make an action plan together, based around your needs and goals. You will also be educated around the macronutrients needed to fuel your body to reach your goals. Meal recommendations will also be to fit into your lifestyle.

As always, any questions or queries, do not hesitate to ask!

Veggies all chopped and ready for some delicious meals this week.
Preparing yourself isn't just about making the meals it is all the steps leading up to that point.
Giving yourself time to sit down & work out a menu
Writing yourself a shopping list
Organising your container draw ready to store your meals in
Allocating time to prep or do the whole cook up.
And of course enjoying all these steps.
