To register online, follow the steps below:

Sign in to myGov.
Select Medicare.
Select Register for MyMedicare, then Start.
Under search for your practice, select Your practice, then Next. If you can’t find your practice, you’ll need to contact them to check if they’re registered for MyMedicare.
Select Your preferred GP, then Next.
Select Submit registration, then follow the prompts to complete your claim.

Alternatively call our friendly staff on 93568993 for manual registration.

Queens Park Medial Centre is an approved vaccination provider for COVID-19 vaccines.

We are currently vaccinating people in Phase 1a, Phase 1b and begin Phase 2a mid-May as advised by the Australian Government.

From 17 May 2021, people 50 years and over can receive the AstraZeneca vaccine at a participating general practice.
