Alternative and holistic health care WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY? Think of it as a way to restore and balance energy flow throughout your whole being.

Kinesiology is a holistic healing modality that combines muscle monitoring with Chinese medicine principles to identify stress and assess energetic imbalances in our muscles, organs and systems. Kinesiology works by looking beyond the symptoms to identify cause and identifying blockages, restoring energy flow and unlocking your body’s innate healing abilities to promote vitality, health and wellbeing. It is great for identifying and processing issues such as chronic pain, anxiety, depression, learning problems, nutritional deficiencies, fears, self-image issues, emotional & physical trauma and can help with removing stuck energy, deep seated emotions and limiting thought patterns among many other things.

Just thought I’d let you know I’m still alive as I wander the globe! My journey has been nothing short of incredible and I have so much gratitude to all those who I’ve met and have supported me along the way, but also to myself for listening to my heart and getting out of my own way!!

So from Bodrum I took a side step to enjoy Georgia’s gorgeous gorges!
From Tbilisi to Borjomi I fell in love with this country!! So much charm amongst the decaying buildings, forts, forests, mountains, rivers, waterfalls, sulphite springs and more….I could’ve stayed forever…or so it felt…. Needless to say, I’ll be back…. one day…..✨🙏🧡
