💜 MEET SALLY💜

Sally is a Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner and Reiki Master (Usui lineage) who brings a deep reverence to the healing modalities she shares.

For over a decade, she has been immersed in the world of sound, receiving, learning and offering its transformative power as vibrational medicine.

Rooted in the spiritual teachings of yoga, Sally is guided by a holistic approach to wellbeing that honours the body, mind and soul.

She weaves together her lived experience, extensive training in sound healing, and her work across classes, events and one-to-one sessions to create spaces of balance, harmony and reconnection.

A local mum and devoted space-holder, Sally is a true weaver of wisdoms, passionate about sharing these practices in a way that supports others to return to themselves and live with greater authenticity.

Alana Sarah is an intuitive energy healer working at the intersection of science and consciousness.

Emily is a unity field healing practitioner.
Unity Field Healing is a new earth modality working with your quantum DNA. Galactic and multidimensional in scope, unity field healing aligns Emily with close connection to Pleiadian, Lemurian & Sirian Energies, Gaia’s Ascension, Dolphin, Whale and Water Consciousness and the Galactic Waters within. Kirsty is a long-term mindful movement practitioner, and QiGong teacher.

She loves how QiGong allows each of us to come exactly as we are, to step into mindful contact with the body, the mind and the natural world all around us.

She continues to be delighted by how simple QiGong practices lead to a grounding, a deepening connection with the rhythms of the self, and through these rhythms, rediscovery of the soothing, energising cycles of the natural world we live.
