Our 35 plus member team is like a big family and we value each and every one of them- doctors, nurses, receptionists and managers, not to mention our allied health team – diabetic educator, dietician and exercise physiologist. If you hold a valid Medicare or Department of Veterans’ Affairs Veteran card and have been to see us in person twice over the last 24 months, you’re eligible to register in MyMedicare.

MyMedicare formalises the relationships between patients, their general practice and their preferred GP. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with other professionals, share ideas, and explore innovative strategies to continue delivering high-quality patient care.

We’re excited to bring these learnings back to our clinic and continue strengthening our services for the community 💙

We're collecting period products for Share the Dignity this March.

Share the Dignity is a women's charity in Australia, that works to make a real difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, or doing it tough.

They distribute period products to women, girls, and anyone who menstruates who needs support.

On Sunday we recognised International Women’s Day and celebrated the incredible women across Quinns Mindarie Super Clinic and beyond! ✨

From doctors and nurses to reception teams, practice managers and support staff, women play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our communities every day.

This year’s theme, Give to Gain, reminds us that when we invest in and support women, everyone benefits.

Last week we celebrated at the practice with a delicious red-themed morning tea to raise awareness for heart health ❤️

Quality Improvement- it’s part of who we are at QMSC. During September we had a few quieter days to catch up on finishing some QI projects we had underway and our team tackled a few smaller but very important projects too. Whole team effort! From organising some work flow issues to reviewing records of all our patients with chronic kidney disease, updating our referral favourites, lung cancer screening, clinical records audit and MyMedicare registration. From the simple to the more complex, it improves the way provide healthcare.
