At Wings we specialise in areas such as mild depression and anxiety, behavioural concerns, working through situations such as divorce and bullying to building self-esteem and/or working on your child’s goals.
Our aim at Wings is to help your child live their fullest and healthiest life, by providing them with tools to manage any situation.
We believe that it is essential to understand and work on each area of your child’s life - mindset, family, schooling, nutrition and physical activity.
Often when we look for a solution we focus on one thing in solo. For example your child is labelled ADHD so you go to see a Psychologist and this may work but it may not because there are other areas which need to be explored, such as Nutrition and physical activity. Looking into every aspect helps us customise a program that incorporates everything in unison, and identifies any shortfalls.
