CALM
The Continuing Adolescent Life Management Program (CALM), offers young people aged 13-25 with assistance to overcome barriers they may be experiencing in their life. At CALM we work with young people through case management, individual and family counselling, life skills development, vocational workshops and mentoring over a 3-5 year period. By empowering young people to take control of their lives, and with life-long networks of support from their community, they have the ability to make positive changes and reach their potential to improve their lives.
