I hope you feel excited about what’s ahead in small, ordinary ways — the kind that don’t need a big announcement to matter.

May this be the year you stop holding yourself so tightly. The year you trust that you don’t have to earn rest, happiness, or love by struggling first. The year you realize that it’s okay to want ease, connection, laughter, and a life that feels good to live inside. You’re allowed to hope for things. You’re allowed to believe that this year could surprise you.

Whatever this chapter brings, I hope you meet it with openness. With curiosity. With the quiet belief that life still has beautiful moments waiting for you — and that you don’t have to chase them for them to find you.

A favorite from prior years so now I post it every year because the sentiment is still true. So many of us grew up believing a new year meant a “new me.” I didn’t like how it was phrased or the pressures that came with it. It’s not about a new you or becoming a different person. All I hope we aspire to is to be healthier and happier versions of ourselves. ❤️✨
