How I healed my arthritis....

"Your arthritis is permanent." That's what they told me.
They were wrong.

Healing isn't mysterious—it's just complicated by a thousand conflicting approaches. Supplements. Surgeries. Stretches. Restrictions. The most complex system in the known universe (your body) drowning in contradictory advice.
