A gentle part of what we do in paediatric chiropractic is supporting healthy movement through bub’s little pelvis and spine🦴

The pelvic mobilisations you can see in this video (that look like we are just playing) are a good insight into how a paediatric chiro appointment looks. Always calm and specific. Gentle and guided. No force. No rush. Just supporting comfort, ease, and better overall function. Giggles included!

When their body moves freely and without tension, their body and nervous system can regulate, settle, and function the way it was designed to.

Little bodies. Specific gentle work. Big impact. 🤍

Tongue tie isn’t just about the tissue under the tongue 👅
It can be associated with tension and movement patterns throughout the body.

At The Wellness Mecca, we take a whole-body, supportive approach by assessing soft tissue tension, movement and coordination patterns that may influence oral function in both babies and adults.

We work collaboratively with other health professionals, including myofunctional dentists when appropriate 🤍

Care is individualised and focused on assessment and support💆🏼
