Evening all,
I just wanted to remind you, that staying warm helps to reduce muscle tension.
As the weather cools off, a jacket is slowly becoming a must.
Getting cold will cause you to shiver to try and produce body heat, and that equals muscles tension and then stiffness.
Also, please remember to warm up before exercise and that you will always get better results from stretching when your muscles are warm, so either after a warm shower or exercise.
Warm ups will greatly reduce your chance of injury!!!
With all that said, happy Hot drink weather!!! Don't forget herbal tea that doesn't contain caffeine is great to help make up your water quota!
