Thanks to an industrious young person (with a cash incentive) they are all washed, line dried and sanitised in the dryer and will be ready for Monday!!

I'm now closed until January 5, (and completely booked that week)
Please remember if you injure yourself on your new toy over Christmas, please rest and ice it for 72 hours after ward.
I'm so very blessed that you all support my business and family, and I feel very privileged that you trust me to look after you.

Initial appointments (they haven't been to see me for treatment before) it includes 90 minutes to do paperwork, medical history, postural assessment and a guaranteed minimum hour of massage time, is on special for $100!! (Usually $110)
A standard appt 60 minutes of massage time is on sale for $80!!! (Usually 90)

Please welcome Java!!!!
She has come to stay for a while (maybe a long while🎉🎉)
She is enjoying learning to be your welcome committee. (Only 1 instance of chasing them both down the road so far)
She enjoys guarding the house, chasing Theo, playing 'Rrrr' and showing Teddy's who's boss!
She is learning the house rules and she will love to follow you as you walk in.
(We are working on the jumping, but she's very gentle)
She will be delighted to meet you!!

Hey everyone,
I'm seeing allot of you with extra muscle tension at the moment, it's kinda the time of year tbh.
So this is a reminder for you all to try and stay warm and cosy, it helps your muscles to stay relaxed. (That's part of why the massage room is toasty, so that your muscles relax and lengthen).

Good evening,
I've held off for as long as possible, but as of July 1, I need to have a price increase.
Since the last price increase 2 years ago, my rent has gone up by $170 per week and there's been the increased in the cost of electricity and pretty much everything else...
I've done my best to not pass it on, but it's gotten to the point that I can't hold off anymore.
My rate is increasing only by$10 per hour, and I'm still one of the most competitively priced massage therapists locally.
Hopefully you can all understand where the need is arising from. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

The weather has certainly cooled off, but my air con is on heat and I promise you will be warm for your massages!!!

A reminder tho, to dress warmly, and try to stay warm as it helps your muscles to stay relaxed! This time of year I see allot of you starting to get headaches from muscle tension in your shoulders from cold, and also people having more cramps, so stay warm, stay hydrated (warm herbal teas help!) and keep stretching!!
