We're happy to let you know that we spend the time on initial consults to properly assess your problem, provide you with some relief and treatment, and provide you with a treatment plan We can help with all sorts of pain and problems:

We treat a wide range of clients, and cater for all people regardless of their presentation. DVA card holders and Worker's Compensation clients, as well as those with private health insurance or motor vehicle accident insurance are also able to be treated

Jenny has been a part of the terrace physio plus team for 11 years.

"At TPP no two days are the same, I have the opportunity to interact with different clients and individuals each day, it is incredibly rewarding to witness clients reach their goals and recover. The team spirit here is amazing!

Bron has been a part of the terrace physio plus team since 2002.

"I have always enjoyed interacting with people. Working at TPP I find it rewarding when I can play a small part toward helping people on their journey toward regaining or continuing their physical health.

When I'm not at work my life revolves around spending time with my family, preferably somewhere in the bush or beside water.
I have recently started writing and have had a few stories published. I look forward to being able to spend more spare time improving on this."

Terrace Physio Plus is seeking two energetic and confident administrators to join our team, you will be working with a supportive team based in East Maitland and Raymond Terrace.
About the role
This role will provide professional, efficient and accurate reception and allied health support services. Hours of work will be Saturday 8am-1pm and one evening during the week from 1pm-6pm, availability during school holidays and to cover shifts for sick and annual leave is highly desirable.
Responsibilities include:
🔸Booking client appointments and processing billings
🔸Answering the phone
🔸Data entry
🔸Liaising with and building relationships with clients and internal staff
🔸Working as a team to achieve results
Skills, experience and requirements include:
🔸Strong attention to detail
🔸Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and email inboxes
🔸Professional and friendly manner
🔸Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
🔸Proactive, with the ability to solve problems and work independently
🔸A good team player with a “can do” attitude
