A big thank you to all who helped with the bbq at Bunnings today. Another worthy day and thanks to our friends Hunter Region Street Machines for bringing a few cars out to park up and check out before it rained.

*Hunter Region Street Machines are having a Show N Shine in the Vines Sun 15 Feb 2026 10am to 2pm. It’s a gold coin donation at gate entry general admission or $10 per vehicle entry. *

And they are supporting Rda by funds raised from this event.

Wow what a way to have a Super Hero Dinner Dance at the Spinner.

Some great company and dance moves after all the formal things of best dressed prizes and raffles and the auction.

Big thanks to Dani and Janet Hudson and Adam and Michelle from Rotary and to Greg from Rotary. And to our compare for the night Bruce from (Alexander Park Dressage club).

Thanks to the Muso of the night Geoff, for some great dance tunes. And keeping our inclusive arts dancers on their toes…. And others.

And a Big Thank you to the entire Inclusive Arts Dance Team for their performances.
And for helping us celebrate what RDA is with some ex Rda participants in their dance crew. Thank You Pam the amazing dance instructor.

Pssst….. Have you heard it’s fast closing in on our next event. RDA Raymond Terrace are teaming up with the Rotary of Raymond Terrace.

The Christmas Day Event is on the 22nd of November, at Raymond Terrace Centro.

So be ready to come and check out this event at the Raymond Terrace Centro this coming Saturday The Christmas Day Event time is from 9am -2pm.

And then there’s SuperHero Dinner Dance is on the 29th of November at the Spinning Wheel Hotel in Raymond Terrace. From 6.30-late,
tickets can be bought for $65 for a two course meal or u can buy a ticket to just be on a seat outside the table area for no meal or if you cannot make the night you can purchase a “ghost seat” of $65.
Come dressed as your favorite Super Hero.
All proceeds from the night will go to RDA Raymond Terrace.

Maybe even a director of RDA could come and join us for this event.

Wow what a day for the Melbourne Cup at Imperial Hotel Maitland…… Big Thanks goes to Nick and his team at the Imperial for hosting our event again this year. And be ready to have us back again next year.

Lots of interesting colour in the field for the fashion on the fields for the women, next year the men need to be more competitive and join the men’s fashion on the field.

Thanks to all the punters for buying our sweeps and joining in on “heads and tails” and our raffle.

We hope you all will join us again next year at the same place and same time.

Wow what a RDA Family Fun Day to celebrate our Riders and Volunteers in one day. A big morning but some great fun was had with hobby horse games in the arena and egg n spoon with hobby horses and balls in the hoop with a hobby horse.

And a lovely spread of morning tea and sausage sizzle downstairs prepared by Tony Ross and our own Facility Committee Member Chris Batch. And extra helpers to get things set up for the morning as RDA Raymond Terrace always work together to get the job done.
Big thanks to Kim Hicks, Wayne Hicks, Judy Edwards, Alison stone, Lisa, Loretta, Lachlan Batch, Gail Batch, Dani Elle, Helen Murrell, Cherie Mason from Stroud for bringing Max the horse to get his Horse of the Year award.

Pssst no horses left for stroud next year to pick. Haha....
