You’ll help participants with daily routines, community outings and independent living while making a real difference every day.

👉 Part-time work
👉 Afternoon and sleepover shifts
👉 Cert III or 2+ years experience

Our participants are at the heart of everything we do, but they also inspire us every single day. No two days are ever the same and that’s what makes this work so special. 🤗

And this guy is part of it all. It’s been so good to see his confidence grow, how comfortable he feels and just how happy he is, along with the people around him.

What a wild day and definitely one for the books! 👍

Confidence, courage and stepping outside the comfort zone... so many boxes ticked and we couldn’t be prouder. Reactions were mixed, but one thing’s for sure, this crew is never afraid to try something new.

The team set off along the scenic Lakes Way, enjoyed a peaceful walk through the park, then tucked into some classic fish and chips before taking a relaxing ferry ride across the lake. 🫡

It’s always special seeing our participants enjoying the outdoors, spending time together and embracing new experiences in the community.

Thanks to Myall Shores for the warm welcome, we’ll definitely be back!

Sometimes you just don’t feel like cooking, so we headed out for a pub lunch instead. Tahlia gave Leonie and me a little singalong at the table and Michele had the best time soaking it all in. 😆

Birds everywhere, peaceful walking trails and the kind of fresh air that clears your head. It’s the perfect spot to slow down and connect with nature.
