Hi girls, I am teaching yoga every Satruday morning at the Raymond Terrace PCYC. Its a nice weekend class suitable for everyone if you wake up early 8am! goes for 1 hour.

Membership to the PCYC is $30 per year and you can do a flexibile plan of $15 a week which includes gym and unlimited classes of which there is also Body Balance 3 times a week.

You can view the timetable on the website here - *please note that yoga has not yet been added to the website schedule.

We’re gathering some fantastic lucky door prizes for our **Indian Movie Afternoon** fundraiser!
