We are a group of creative, energetic, fun loving mental health professionals, who believe in the power of MAKING THERAPY FUN!

At POP Psychology, our mission is to make seeking help to improve your mental health NO BIG DEAL. Why should coming to therapy be scary, daunting, shameful? What if it could be fun, funny - or even - funky?

Therapy doesn’t have to be all clouds and thunderstorms. When times are tough, no one should be made to feel they have to suffer through therapy. Because, what do you need to make a rainbow? Bloody rain, of course. And also sun. It’s both, you need both. Well, you get it.

So, come on into the Little Shop of Pop, we’ll Pop The Kettle On, and perhaps we’ll get some new ideas popping too!
