💥 Felipe Oliveira is honoured to be presenting the vision and future of Grounded Living Inc — a registered not-for-profit with tax-deductible status, dedicated to promoting healthy masculinity and helping end homelessness, su***de, and violence in Brisbane. 😍

He will be sharing our latest developments, key figures, future direction, and most importantly, how you can be part of the solution — supporting not only men, but their families, partners, sons, and daughters. You’ll also learn how to engage with Grounded Living and become part of a vibrant, purpose-driven community.

This not-for-profit business group exists solely for the benefit of its members. Since 2020, the Counselling Men Project has been quietly transforming lives — one man, one family, one community at a time.

Over the past four years, we have:

🔹 Delivered more than 500 therapeutic sessions to 50 men, supporting mental health, emotional resilience, and stronger relationships.
🔹 Hosted over 5 community events to raise awareness about the real challenges men face, while championing healthy masculinity and open conversations.
🔹 Ensured that 75% of all funds go directly toward paying qualified therapists, allowing men to access professional support that can change — and sometimes save — lives.

Without it, one cannot have a life transformed. At GL, we encourage the beneficiaries to act from their own highest level of consciousness.

The work of GL is not easy, as the truth needs to be told to its beneficiaries. As the old proverb says, “the truth will set you free, but before, it will make you feel miserable”.

In here, we value Compassion. When confronting our truth, we deliver with kindness, gentleness, and heart-centred understanding. We use Compassion as the major force to deal with truth.

We had a great last week among the best professionals concerned with men’s health, attending the Australian Men’s Health Forum Gathering in Brisbane.

For us, from Counselling Men Project, it was an honor to participate in the BlackDog Pitchfest and be one of the nine organizations selected to pitch for 5K.

We didn’t win, but our pitch and participation in this high-level conference have taken CMP to a new level.

A big thank you to Glen Poole, Australian Men’s Health Forum CEO, and Nathan Gyaneshwar, Black Dog Ride Chair.

What a meaningful and important week we all had for men’s health! Can’t wait for the one next year!

Counselling Men Project came from a confronting and true question Felipe Oliveira (Founder) asked himself one day:

�“What would he do if he didn’t have to work anymore?”

The answer was clear: He would help men transform their lives.�

That’s how CMP was born – a not-for-profit initiative offering men qualified counselling, coaching, psychotherapy, and trauma work completely free of charge for them. We support men in moving from dark, hopeless places into brighter, more vibrant lives.

The question and the answer didn’t come that easily. It came from almost a decade of a deeper and honest self-discovery journey through books, men’s groups, retreats, qualified therapy, thousands of professional development hours, and an academic (Master's level) training. That’s when he found his passion to take others through the same process he was going through.
