MONDAY MORNING MOVEMENT! Just do it!! Set your intentions for the week ahead! Find what feels good (& what works for you) & make it happen! If chin ups is not (yet) your thing then you could aim to throw in a few sets of assisted pull ups along your morning walk… Find some stairs to climb or a hill to scale, your body was not made for sedentary living!

Take-away foods can be super convenient, especially when you’re time poor! 🤷‍♀️💯 Aim for a healthy dose of protein + some good fats + veg + carbs! Avoid/ limit heavy processed foods wherever possible - these can be high in trans & saturated fats & may add to inflammation in the gut…

Hunger is not something to be afraid of! 🙅‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Tune in & honour your hunger! 🙏❤️AIM for high protein, whole foods that’ll keep you fuller for longer! Ideally, you wake up feeling ravenous (after fasting for anywhere between 12-14 hours)! Be mindful of what you’re fuelling your body with and remember hunger and cravings are very different physiological responses! 🥰❤️
