Hello everyone, I hope you all have had a pleasant Easter break. Holidays can be a trying time for some individuals, and it's crucial to acknowledge the potential for loneliness, grief, depression, isolation, anxiety, and generalised unhappiness. If you are experiencing any of these emotions and/or are struggling, please don't hesitate to contact me between the hours of 10am and 6pm. If I am unable to provide the support you may need, I will find & suggest someone for you who can. As a creative exercise I would love to read all your suggestions and tips on how you maintain a positive outlook and healthy sleep habits. Your input may really help someone. Good morning ,I have an electric double bed head rest and foot rest both elevate also the bed has a built in massager , do you know anyone who would be interested in the bed , only problem is I'm moving this weekend and I need it gone asap
