Each Wednesday I get to spend the morning with the lovely ladies at Peninsula Gardens Retirement Village. We dance, sing, play games, lift weights and most importantly ENJOY movement! Here is a snippet from this mornings egg and spoon races πŸ₯šπŸ₯„

Two of the ladies here go for a 3.5km walk every morning at 6am! We are so lucky to live on such a gorgeous part of the Peninsula!
