Coaching is guiding my clients to their own understanding of their habits, lifetsyle, etc.
I blend personalised questions, offering insights and teachings. Many times, I have witnessed clients have that light bulb moment when we delve into things that they may not have even been aware marry up.
I am curious, have no judgement and my relationship and trust with my clients is everything to me.
I have a knowing when to offer insight and when not to.

Part of how I allow my client to feel safe and acknowleged is by knowing my client's goals and desires, and then holding them accountable to that vision (especially when they lose sight of it themselves...yet with empathy and conviction).
Coaching empowers my clients to take ownership of their health
& wellbeing and empower to create the changes necessary.
