Universal Balance We’re a family-run studio in Redwood Park offering fitness, yoga, self-defence & NDIS support. We also offer self defence for kids and teens aged 4 - 17.

Our kids, teens & adult programs focus on strength, confidence & connection—through movement, mindfulness & a welcoming community. 💜 Universal Balance is a community based wellness studio offering yoga, meditation, fitness circuits, boxing and meditation. We have created a beautiful space where you will be surrounded by like minded people who are genuinely happy to see you. Big commercial gyms are cheap for a reason.

It’s built on a few unsexy but powerful foundations:

Routine. Consistency. Standards. And a strong WHY.

Let’s break that down 👇

1️⃣ Routine
Routine removes emotion from the equation.
You don’t “feel like” training… you just do it because it’s what you do.
You don’t “feel like” prepping food… it’s scheduled.
Routine protects you from your excuses.

2️⃣ Consistency
Not perfection.
Not intensity.
Consistency.

Small efforts repeated daily beat random bursts of motivation every time.

A 75-minute Soul Alignment experience hosted by Emily.

This is not a physical yoga class. This is a gentle deepening of your personal practice. As we step into the Lunar New Year on the 17th Feb, we arrive at an energetic threshold - a moment to consciously release what no longer fits, honour what has shaped us, and realign with the direction we feel called toward. In yoga, transformation does not only happen through movement. It unfolds through awareness. Through stillness. Through presence. These Soul Alignment gatherings are designed to create a meaningful pause within the rhythm of modern life. An invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are, a pause before momentum.

Why This Matters?

The Lunar New Year carries the energy of renewal and forward motion. In yogic philosophy, we might relate this to tapas- the quiet inner fire that fuels meaningful transformation. As we close the Year of the Snake, we are invited to shed what feels heavy, stagnant, or complete. Releasing old layers before stepping into the courage and momentum of the Fire Horse. Before we build, we release. Before we step forward, we realign. This reset creates space for exactly that.

The Experience is anchored in yoga philosiphy and includes • Grounding breath to settle the nervous system and support release • Guided reflection and intention journaling • Ceremonial cacao to seal intentions • A restorative Reiki meditation to support energetic renewal • An oracle card pull for insight and integration This is a seated and reclined experience (no physical yoga) No prior experience is needed Participation and sharing are always optional.

Universal Balance is a boutique studio in North Eastern Adelaide that offers Yoga, Restorative yoga, Floor Core, Meditation, Boxing and Krav Maga (self defence) for people of all ages and fitness levels. We are a dedicated group of instructors who deliver engaging, fun, interactive, professional and technique based classes with lots of laughs and a real community feel.

Universal Balance is a community based wellness studio that was created to help you optimize yourself as an individual mentally, physically and spiritually by helping you find real solid connections within the community you live and find balance and happiness from the inside out.

Our classes truly offer something special for everyone with our clients saying that they always feel encouraged and supported no matter what session they attend.
