About Mel
Prioritising how I rest and re-energise through my yoga practice enables me to live well and train mindfully. As a high school teacher, business owner, mum and triathlete, life can sometimes feel overwhelming and compete with my attention to self care. It is in these moments that my commitment to practice yoga becomes most beneficial in maintaining my health and clarity of mind.
Growing up with artistic and athletic pursuits, I was first introduced to meditation as a high school student. Since that time yoga has ebbed and flowed in my life creating space for connection and personal growth. A deeply personal experience yoga strengthens, energizes and inspires me to creatively explore my spirit, mind and body – yoga honors life.
I love the universal nature of yoga, it really is for everyone.
