Another coffee stop ticked off our list ☕✅

Today we headed to Cafe 63 in Gatton for a relaxed outing in the community. These little trips really are more than just coffee.

They’re about building confidence, social skills, and independence in real-life settings.😁

From ordering at the counter to enjoying time out, every visit helps strengthen routine and community connection while exploring new places.

Slowly but surely, we’re working our way through all the local coffee spots! 😁☕️😊

A special moment from today 🧡

One of our long-term participants, who has been with us since we first opened. Spent time feeding the horses their favourite treat, carrots 🥕🐴

Week after week, they show up with enthusiasm, building confidence, routine, and connection through caring for our animals. It’s been incredible to watch their growth over time.

These moments are what it’s all about. Supporting independence, developing life skills, and creating meaningful connections in a safe and supportive environment.

We’re so proud of how far they’ve come 🤎

A little piece from today at the Leather Clinic 🤎

There’s something so satisfying about bringing leather to life with your own hands. 🥰

Every line, every detail slowly coming together, from the horse’s features to the floral accents wrapping around it.

Still learning, still improving, but proud of the progress and the patience this craft teaches.
Nothing better than getting lost in a project like this ✨

A little cooking session 👩‍🍳💛

Working on life skills in the kitchen, mixing, pouring, and creating something from scratch!

There’s so much more to cooking than just food… it’s about building confidence, following steps, and having a go.

We love seeing our participants get involved and take pride in what they’re making (and of course enjoying the end result 😋).

Out and about today trying somewhere new after some great recommendations ... and we’re so glad we did ☕️💛

Tins & Trays was such a lovely experience for our participant. Beautiful coffee, a welcoming atmosphere, and a great space to relax and connect in the community.

These little outings make such a big difference building confidence, social skills, and enjoying new environments.

We’ll definitely be back!

🌿 Messy Play & Outdoor Fun! 🌿

Today was all about getting messy and having FUN! 🎨

We enjoyed some hands-on messy play, supporting sensory exploration, confidence building, and creativity in a relaxed, pressure-free environment. There were plenty of laughs and smiles all around!

We also had a go at our life-size Connect 4, encouraging turn-taking, problem solving, and social interaction in a fun and engaging way 🎯

This is what community support looks like – meaningful, interactive, and tailored to each individual 💛

🌿 Community Access Today 🌿

Today we headed out for a coffee stop at Split Yard in Fernvale ☕

It was a great opportunity to build social interaction skills, being out in the community, and enjoy a relaxed change of environment.

These moments might seem simple, but they play a big role in building confidence, independence, and connection 💛

🌟 Expanding Skills at the Leather Making Clinic! 🌟

Our participants have been continuing their leather crafting journey, learning more about tooling and developing new skills.

It’s wonderful to see them grow in confidence, creativity, and knowledge through hands-on experiences.

We love supporting opportunities that help our participants explore new interests and build independence!

Exploring the arts and culture of Brisbane 🎨

We supported a participant on a community access outing to the Queensland Art Gallery and the Queensland Museum.

Trips like this support participants to explore new interests, build confidence in the community and work toward their NDIS goals in a fun and engaging way.

There was plenty to see and lots of great conversations along the way!

We’ve been out supporting our participants with their horses 🐴💛

From care and groundwork to trail rides at Yarraman, Wivenhoe, and the Gatton Indoor Arena, we ride alongside them to provide support, guidance, and a safe, positive experience.

These sessions help build confidence, social skills, and independence — all while doing what they love! ❤️❤️
