We are looking for motivated and passionate male support workers to be part of a growing organization central to culture, support, friendship, diversity and growth. In this role you will build relationships, upskill, professionally develop and much more.
Role description:
- Casual Role
- Main office/Central HUB: Hillcrest
Essential criteria:
- The legal right to work in Australia
- A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle and Comprehensive Insurance
- NDIS screening check (or willing to obtain one)
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- Blue Card (or willing to obtain one)
- NDIS Induction Module Certificate
- Minimum of two professional references.
The role may involve:
- Assistance with community access and recreational activities
- Personal care and hygiene
- Transportation and social engagement
- Light domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning
- Behavioral and Mental health care
- Implementing innovative program from Allied Health Team
