The feminine essence needs slowness. Our bodies, our nervous systems crave slowness, stillness. A place where our minds and bodies and souls can regulate. Can soften into our being. When was the last time you daydreamed? Watched the clouds float by?
The trees- sway in the wind?
When was the last time you sat without a phone in your hand. No distraction. No stimulation. No noise. Just you, you and your thoughts. When was the last time you honoured this slower rhythm. This slower pace? This is how women were meant to exist. Cyclic. Rhythmic. In tune with the seasons, OUR seasons. The cycles that we embody, in nature, in US. So slowing down is allowing your nervous system to create capacity, resilience, stability…. The sacred weave of slowness that we are all desperately craving. Starts here. Starts with you.

High School: Physical postures (asanas) to reduce physical stress and improve strength, posture, and energy.

Guided meditation, breathing exercises, and relaxtion. Mindfulness practices include silent reflection, gratitude journaling, and mindful movement.

Hi, I’m Jade,

A yoga teacher and former school teacher with a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education specialising in yoga, mindfulness and meditation for everyone in the Riverland.

Yoga provides space for us to slow down and reconnect with ourselves. Enjoying and embracing the calm and the quiet and knowing how and when to integrate these learnings into our daily lives through yoga and meditation.

I offer weekly classes for adults and love teaching workshops and retreats, including workshops for schools and educators. My current workshop is for schools, teachers, and anyone interested in children’s well-being and is called the ‘Introduction into Mindfulness and Yoga for Teachers and Educators: Implementing mindfulness and meditation through yoga into classrooms and schools’ is specifically designed for schools in Australia.
