🌿 Director’s Report – October Update 🌿

It’s been another busy and exciting month at Riverside Estate! 🏡

Construction is progressing well, with several new homes nearing completion — Homes 99, 129, 130, and 131 will soon welcome their new residents. Home 102 has recently started construction, and Home 128 is set to begin shortly.

We’ve also welcomed new residents into Homes 11D, 27, 86, and 88 — a warm Riverside welcome to Stephen, Kevin and Shann, Michael, and Terry and Rhonda.

Work has now commenced on the completion of Parklands Circuit, which will add 18 new home sites and complete the loop around the village. Thank you to all residents for your patience as this exciting new stage takes shape.

Our new Facilities and Grounds Manager, Bruno, has settled in well, and with Scott returning from leave, the team now has extra support for gardening and maintenance across the village. A big thanks also to Ken and Michelle for continuing to do a fantastic job supporting our residents and managing the estate.

Riverside continues to grow steadily, and it’s wonderful to see the community thriving. 🌸
