It is a practice that combines Eastern and Western thought, to interact with a person’s spine, nervous system and energetic field.

You may have noticed we are beginning to open more and more Spinal Energetics small group sessions.

At HQ, we offer these with 1-2 practitioners anywhere from 4-14 participants.

We sat down with .ig to help give you some more insight into if these sessions might be right for you.
