My top 7 tips right now:
1. Try to maintain some normality unless your normal is stress (if your working from home set a routine) have you work period set in 4x2hr blocks. Or more if you do more than 8hrs a day
2. In the above routine have a time for planning. Think a little about tomorrow and today and next week. Don't spend the whole day planning or dwelling on the situation around us.
3. For me it's prayer for you it might be meditation but spend time away from your phone/s and technology and media reports. Clear your mind, do breathing exercises. If you have a Garmin try doing 3 min of the "relax timer" . If you have a foam roller try laying on it for 5-15 min
4. Nutrition it is getting hard, I have seen empty shelves or the Easter eggs which now fill the once toilet paper isle at our local supermarket. Do your best to keep eating fresh non packaged foods. If you are eating your packaged foods best to be having multivitamin or some packet greens if you are having trouble getting basics foods give me a private message and I have more solutions.
5. Practice good hygiene, wash(better than sanitise) regularly, social distance, one person in the family to go to shops, if you have an elderly family member or neighbour offer to get things for them so they can avoid going to public areas.
6. Cardiovascular exercise go for a walk, ride, run on the spot do t become a couch potato. If you get sick having better fitness decrease severity, duration and mortality.
7.spinal alignment I have seen and experience is a big part of keeping well. Please continue to get the care you need at our clinics.
