I'm a Doctor of Psychology who has worked in medical clinics and forensic settings with clients from all walks of life.

I have experience helping people deal with anxiety, depression, feelings of "I'm not good enough" and "I need to control everything" as well as a broad range of other problem behaviours.

With the kind of life and professional experience that I have, I will work to help you feel better from your initial visit.

I work with adult clients and my approach is somewhat unconventional; I offer a fusion of treatment techniques and adapt them to use what is most suited to you based on your individual personality and life circumstances.

Each person has unique strengths, needs and habits and I borrow from a variety of treatment perspectives to find what resonates with you.
